Detoxes (ie teas and juices) are one aspect of the fitness industry that needs to be taken out to pasture and shot! Why? Because they are nothing more than fancy packaging and marketing with zero substance. The claims that they'll help you lose weight and fat are unfounded.
So in this episode of the podcast, I'm ranting about why detoxes need to be banished for good. And more importantly, what you need to be doing instead to achieve your goals.
