Should you cut or bulk? Time to find out...

To cut or not to cut? To bulk or not to bulk? That is the question.

Like the Prince (or Princess) Hamlet of Fitness you’ve pondered this question for some time.

Do you lose the excess body fat first, or dive straight into building muscle?
