In this episode of the podcast we're doing something slightly different. Because I'm talking about my very own fitness journey. So you may look at pictures of me and think I've got it easy, got good genetics, or I'm lucky etc. But the truth is I've come through many of the same barriers and obstacles as you have. And this is where I let you in behind the scenes.

It took a lot of convincing for me to record and post this, so I hope you find value in it. And I hope it helps some of you out there with similar challenges realise that there is light at the end of the tunnel and you can achieve your goals.
